    ok ive read some great feedback for the pre and post part!!

    but... what about the during part?

    same scenario. people like to make sure there glyco stores are topped up during workout so they drink carbs. Not something I have found useful but some do.

    hmm.... maybe ill give it a try... ill do maybe, 20-30g, ill let you guys know if i feel or notice anything different

    ditto, and since lipolysis if a viable form of attaining energy for recovery pwo im not a huge fan of super high GI foods pwo unless im using slin. (aint easy being and endomorph
