Just curious where you found this info from?
A great beginner dose is 40mcg per day for 4 weeks (1mg will last 25days) ITs split up PWO bi-laterally in each muscle group you worked out. So for instance, you just worked out shoulders.... shoot 20mcg in your right delt and 20mcg in your left delt right after your workout. Some disagree with the whole site growth deal but me personally i like to switch up spots to ineject and this was a great way to do it and the site growth im still debating on. And on top of this you should have equal amount of time on as you do off. 30days on, 30days off.
