Exactly, this is what I meant. They just dont look that big relative to most other people I see at that size. Nothing to take offense from, like GGallin said (dont sweat it).

Yeh its just because their bones are much thicker and longer. I guess relatively speaking a guy who is 5 8 with 19 inch arms has more muscle on the arm then a guy 6'5 with 19 inch arms, because a greater amount of that size is bone thickness.
