just keep an eye on it fella. a friend of mine just had the same thing happen. assuming you went deep enough then you probably just hit something. i dont think an infection could even show up that fast (2min would be a super bug or something).
but if you dropped your needle then used it. then it might end up infected.
but its nothing to worry about unless it gets worse. if it gets worse then see a doc for some meds.

heres what happened to my friend, maybe you can relate and get an idea.
sust only inject.
day1-lump
day2-swelling
day3-pinkish (at that point i thought it was getting worse)
day4-swelling was gone but it was still pink. just a pink lump.
day5-pink was gone and the lump was smaller
day6-lump halfed in size
today- almost gone.
so it looked like it got worse before it got better. But the needle wasnt dropped.
Dont be stupid,your sticking a needle in your muscle. sterile should be your n1 priority. needles are cheap, free in my area. who cares if you waste some.
