    Some say yes some say it doesnt work. I personally do spot injections on the muscle group that I had just lifted. Others may only just shoot lats or bis or delts, etc....

    Site injections?
    I was going to do site injections, but then i just went with GEAR's advise by not performing site injections because it had no added benefit, so i just do delts and quads
