anyway... very unclear question.... how much do you weigh now? how much were you before the club? just keep eating like you should and working out while drinking 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.... if your goals are to bulk up then adjust your diet accordingly and you may want to pay the diet forum a visit... if your goals are to cut up then also you may find better info in the diet forum. dbol isn't really used for people just because they want to gain water weight?? I mean... worry about muscle, diet, training, not gaining some water weight... now if you want to have a good diet and training routine then add a cycle that sounds more like it....
