Thread: Drinking Alcohol....what weight are you losing?

    anyway... very unclear question.... how much do you weigh now? how much were you before the club? just keep eating like you should and working out while drinking 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.... if your goals are to bulk up then adjust your diet accordingly and you may want to pay the diet forum a visit... if your goals are to cut up then also you may find better info in the diet forum. dbol isn't really used for people just because they want to gain water weight?? I mean... worry about muscle, diet, training, not gaining some water weight... now if you want to have a good diet and training routine then add a cycle that sounds more like it....

    i am gonna go out on a limb here ....i know this sounds crazy but i dont think one night at the club is gonna make anyone 12 lbs lighter. unless you had 12 lbs of money in your pocket. there is another reason for your weight loss friend.

    I am killing myself just trying to maintain my weight...so 12lbs over 6 days doesnt really seem too unreasonable to me...

    bro thats what i am trying to say i highly doubt that 6 days later you still cant get your weight back because of the alcohol you drank a week ago.
    i am not doubting you that you are losing the weight but there is something else going on. have you kept your diet the same? or are you leaving out the fact that you were projectile vomiting and hung over for 3 days. then i will agree.

    lol...no hangover.
    But it has effected my diet...but I normally wouldnt lose that much weight just because of eating less.

    well look at it this way if it is water weight its nearly 1.5 gallons and is lost. thats quite a bit. but hey if you dont feel like crap who cares you lost 12 pounds of water. so i agree with the others who cares as long as it is water.

    That can't be the case...otherwise everyone would be adding getting really drunk every week as part of their workout routine.

    Unless you went on some type if three day binder and you know what I mean. There is no way you would lose all that weight

    I was 184 before...now im 172.
    Before I start my cycle...I want to drink one more time, but drink a lot of water with it to see if I still lose a lot of weight.

    I'll have to see shifty's research first though...and see just how much of the weight loss is from dehydration.
