Im meant to say 250/ 2 times a week like monday and thursday....

should I wait and see if he can get me some test e or test c or just stick with the test p that he has?

For a first cycle I would wait until you can get some Test E or C, I don't think you will want to pin ED or EOD for the first time.

^^^ Agreed. Some people get discouraged with the pain that prop can bring and doing that ED or EOD can be very annoying.

Now about your stats, 18-20% the winstrol would be a complete waste as you wont really see the results unless your a lower BF%. On top of that try to drop your BF% a bit before starting (while your waiting for the enanthate) this is due to health reasons. U sure your that high of BF%?

thanks lego thats what i was thinking waiting for the test e or test c witch ever one my guy can get ...
as far as the BF % I really don't know what I'm at I was just guess in ....whats the best way to find the bf % out?
