when i go on "Vitamin-S" i eat like a horse 24-7 and get the bloat...I use probiotics, green magma, green tea, an herbal colon cleans and add more fruit. All and all I have ten pound turds for a few day then feel great.
-Red Meat tends to stick on the walls of your colon and dairy will block you up...most of us eat plenty of those (Lord knows i do) and not enough fruities and vegies (Lord know i dont)
