yeah the fish is a great way to preserve muscle tissue while cutting, the EFAs will also help with energy when dropping calories down, also increased vasularity as Im sure you noticed as well.

Dude - This is blowing me away - shaking my core values- what's this about fat during a cut? You clearly know you're shit -I saw your sample diet - 55% cals from fat? is that mostly in the fish oil tabs or in other places too? I'm considering a radical diet of no carbs to try to lose some body fat but this would be excellent. Any other info on this? I'm all over it! Thanks!

Yeah i got my fats from fish oil tabs , flax oil , fats from avocado , steak and salmon.
Ive tried dieting with very low carbs and no fat , but my body would use protein as its source of fuel so i ended up losing quite a bit of muscle too . So this time i incorporated fats and now my body uses fat as its source of fuel. So when i do cardio i do it at low intensity , twice per day , for 45 mins to an hour each.

what about peanut butter? i loooove peanut butter but am worried that it's a bad fat source, is this possible? because whenever i eat a lil PB before bed i wake up a little bloated the next morning, but if i eat some eggs before bed or a musclemilk shake i look very lean, any reason to this?

Bud; Thanks for being so up front with your info! - needles to say you are an inspiration to many of us on the forum. I'm giving it a go - fortunately i love salmon. i' going to get down to about 8-10% bf and then try a bulk. I was at 21% last Nov and I think I'm around 12 now.
BTW - if you're not going to compete are you going for the fitness model thing - i can definately see you on the cover of Muscle & Fitness mag! LOL Keep it up, dude!

what cycle did you run to gain that much muscle sick bod well in.
peanut butter is pretty good.. its good for protein and monounsaturated fat, which is what im after in my diet. But if u measure up the calories , you cant eat too much PB because it is quite a bit of calories. I used to use it as snacking , to control my cravings , and i would add it to the daily calorie count.
