Though i agree with the concept, but info gathered from real life sit. is easier than reading up from the board.

Please note, they are spending government's money, they aint gotta go easy on it.

not as if it's their hard earned cash.

they can make all sorts of purchases from all sorts of sources.

I agree fully, this is one of many methods probably employed. What we really need is some guys working on the inside, ya kno, some dudes workin with the DEA and some with customs.
