stop funding Iraq, and let it all fall apart there? than they'll really charge us BIG for oil.. if the Saudis grow some ballz, cause U.S looks weak.. and the Iranians and some wack ass govt is in charge of Iraq.. than OIL will really be expensive..

or worse yet.. the chaos in iraq spreads to kuwait, saudi, n other nations there.. also big spike ...

we need a strong presence there, until we get alternative fuels going. in 1980 when Jimmy Carter was president.. we had no presence in the middle east.. and they played us for fools. Lines for gasoline.. people had days they could fill up.. n other days they could not etc...

Obama is really reaching here...
Leaving Saddam in power also was no option.. especially after 9/11 and terrorist networks gaining confidence in the region..

I am all for free trade and as little government intervention as possible.. in a perfect world..

the problem is there are forces out there, that are really after us.. and have been after western civilization since the day of the first caliph... muslim invasion of europe
