oh i got you. sometimes when you throw up really hard like you said you can get a small tear in you esophagus that can cause what you described. if it continues even one or 2 more times i would definatly seek medical attention or if it becomes like a tarry substance because that can be something more sever

Happened to me in July tore my esophagus due to wretching almost died and to boot had a bad case of the Flu was bleeding internaly didnt even know it if it wasnt for my girl that found me passed out in the restroom I would have been gone for sure.
