friend unfortunately my professional work regime won't allow me to put as much time in training and eating (tho i try hard and eat at least 2000+ calories per day)
i only want to bulk up with 1 cycle then try to keep it up normally
please believe i am a really hard gainer i do eat much btw 7 meals a day, yes carbs/protein/vitamins amino fat etc etc, end of day all goes to toilet xD
and yes i will stop either now or +1 month and PCT and stop thanks for advices you guys give me here, thats why i ask here. will i lose everything when i stop? are my gains water retention?
