Hi thanks alot for your advice. Front loading as in dbol to kick off? A forummer recommended this cycle as its my first cycle ever. I was gonna go with orals but thanks to the members, i was convinced to go for injectables.

So far my diet is well, i will be eating around 5-6 meals a day in between 2-3 hours plus 2-3 protein shakes in between.

About training i do
Mon- Chest/Shoulders/Bicep

Wednesday- Back/Tricep

Thursday- Legs

I do the three majors which are squat/bench & deadlift. But i only lift puny weights

6Ft Tall
Been lifting for 1year 4months now.

I would appreciate if anyone could post up a training session for people on juice. Im sure we can push ourself more and the recovery is much faster right?
