literally, any carb source. google "carb sources" and eat anyone you'd like. you don't need a high GI source like dextrose, but it is all a personal preference.

Theres a carb complex called (maltodextrin) that you can buy offline for cheap. Add one scoop to PWO shake. On top of that take in some good sugars (dextrose). Such examples are bananas/pomegranate juice. Really any fruit or fruit juice will do.

doesn't matter. it's preference, and what has worked for whomever in the past. for me it's oats. pick one you like. really your body isn't going to change much from just a pwo offering. unless you're on GH and slin of course
