The FED is granted more power

Well it strips down government agencies..

so smaller government...

so maybe a good idea.

RON PAUL usually hates government agencies.
after this passes, there will be less of them... and the responsibilities will fall into the lap of the FED..

so altho we all hate the fed, this is kinda of good in that aspect..

what they just need to do.. is give congress more oversight over the FED i guess, without creating more beurocracy.

but the FED itself does suck.. in the overall concept of things..

it is supposed to be regulating the banks.. and is supposed oversee them.. but instead it seems to be just bailing them out, and creating more business for them.

I am betting a lot of people are going to get layed off from these state and other federal agencies,, that were overlapping as they say..

so that should equal = smaller government..
those people can work in the private sector..

but yes overall.. the fed should be abolished completely..

and free trade between the commerical banks should regulate the rates and etc...

and use the gold standard, to keep the economy stable.. with no central bank.. no bonds will be issued, no inflation, less credit, more stable economy..

more than likely deflation over the whole haul,, as commercial goods increase, but amount of money out there remains the same.
