most ppl wouldnt reconmend running winny alone.. are you wanting to take tabs or liquid. the reason i ask is that if you are taking liquid then you could just inject and it would be safer on you liver to run it longer. but if you are using tabs then i wouldnt suggest any longer than six weeks.
