    My diet is pretty good right now. I eat about 2000 calories a day, lots of protien and complex carbs, essential fatty acids... fish, chicken, vegetables...

    I plan to kick that up to about 4000 - 5000 calories a day when im on the cycle with more of the same food.

    Dude... 2,000 calories a day you're not even eating your maintenance level... how do you expect to gain muscle or maintain it off cycle? Did you eat 2,000 calories while you did your first cycle as well? I'd get that straitened out before I even thought about steroids if I were you..

    Even at a low activity level you're still burning over 2,600 calories per day*... you're on a cutting diet right now.

    I probably get closer to about 2500 cal now that i think about it.
    Im a student so Its hard sometimes. I was eating around 5000 cal a day during my last cycle. I know I should be eating around 6000 a day during the cycle but its really hard when your eating clean.... of course I could go to mcdonalds three times a day but I want to stay ripped while im bulking up.

    You should probably post up a typical day's diet for you, in the diet forum... diet is 90% of this game, even on steroids youre going to get shitty results if your diet is not all there, all the time. I'm a student as well, theres all kinds of tricks to get your meals in.

    I know how important diet is and during the summer I will be off school and will be able to eat a shitload of food so thats not a problem. I was really wondering about a good TTE dose and MGF. I just heard of MGF today and I know nothing about it.

    And I forgot to mention to you I am actually cutting some weight and I have been for the past 3 weeks. I had the urge to get diced.
