wow i think u may get more responses if we didnt have to read so much ..it was a nice story though.. first ? what do u mean 1cc of test and 1 cc of deca. test on monday and deca on thurs?? what is it dosed at? how many mg?? second what do u think a strict diet is? post it!

Yeah I know. It was a little long huh? Sorry about that. Its the first time I've ever done this thread thing. 250mgs BTW of both. Diet pretty much has been Lots of protien. Grilled chicken, fish, tuna, etc, etc and lots of greens. Veggies, Salads and tons of water. Thats been basically it.
