Just added some cardio and I will be starting my winni. Also I will begin doing 45 minutes cardio as per Narkissos suggestion in another thread begining monday.... and I am aquiring an ECY stack to add for the last 6 weeks of dieting... I may extent my cycle/diet an extra 3 weeks I havent decided yet...

Thanks guys I'm glad some people are following thison a side note I just took my bodyfat 5 times and came out with an average of 12.6 which means if thats correct on my new diet/cardio I'm loosing close to 1% body fat or 2.68lbs a week...as my last posted body fat of 13.5 was taken the previous sunday....so thats .9% BF in 6 days
woah If I keep this pace up for the next 6 weeks I'll be 6.5% BF LOL...and If I add those 3 extra weeks what will I be?!

Quick update guys carbed up yesterday and weighed in real light this morning @ 264lbs second day on winni feeling so hard someone might have trouble stabbing meand my ECY will be coming in the mail tomarrow... I will be starting on that and I'm up to 45 minutes of cardio...

So you guys know what I decided with my ECY its a little more complex then a basic ECY I'm going to run it like.... Lipo 6 at a half dosage + 2.5mg of yohimbe and 12.5 mg of ephedrine HCL at a time working up to half dosage of lipo 6 + 25mg of Ephedra and 2.5mg of Yohimbine HCL so it will look like this twice a day:
Synephrine 10mg *
Synthetic 99% Guggulsterones Z&E 1:1 10mg *
Yohimbine HCL 4mg *
Caffeine Anhydrous USP 100mg *
Bioperine 2.5mg *
Ephedrine HCL 25mg
I decided to go with this as large amounts of caffeine make me feel like crap and lipo had synephrine as a beta 3 agonist and yohimbine HCL as an alpha 2 antagonist... + ephedrine as a beta 1-2 and alpha 1 agonist.... should do the job![]()

I'm planning on starting a serious bulker this winter GH/test/tren/var/igf-1 my goal this year is to keep my bodyfat below 15% but reach 290lbs.... and compete next year maybe fall 2009...now that I'm really starting to know my body if I start @ 290 and 15% and give myself 17-18 weeks I should be able to hit the kind of conditioning/size I'm looking for...which is >250lbs <4% and dry.... the issue with being so tall is I need my calves/legs to be freakin massive to stand a chance or I just dont look thick enough....![]()
