Ahh ok I guess Sustaplex 325 is the brand and you intend on taking 250mgs twice a week Mon and Thurs? I thought you would take 325mg twice a week and on Mon and Thurs you would take 250mgs...which obviously made no sense.

I would take Deca for a bulking cycle. I would use the winny for a lean mass cycle. ("cutter)

again it seems real clear to me. it means momdays and thusdays? i don't know how else to say it guys. i am just putting this thing together here but asking me what moday and thurdsay means is kinda strange...it means monday and and thusday. i dont mean to sound like a smart ass but it is clear to me what monday and thursady mean? sorry guys...
