    Thank you very much chuck lee. Also about injecting, i want to be as safe as possible so i dont mind spending the few extra bucks to switch out the pin after pulling out of the vial. My questions are, after i pull my 1cc of 250 mg into the syrange and pull the needle out of the vial do i change the needle then push on the plunger a tad to push out any air bubbles or push out air bubbles first then change needle. It makes more sense to me to change needle first then push out for air bubbles so that way if some oil comes out, it will lube the syrange thats going into me. Also, do i poke myself then pull back a tad to see if blood or air goes into the syrange before injecting. i read this in the educational thread. its says to pull back the plunger a tad when u poke before injecting and if some blood goes into the syrange then to withdraw, switch needle and try again because i must have hit a blood vessel. It also says if i pull back on the syrange and some air bubbles come out then inject away and im good. I thought i just swab the spot, poke, inject, withdraw, swab spot again, apply slight pressure while massaging if necessary to spot with cotton ball.

    Also for this type of cycle i would inject mon and thur of every week for 10 weeks but does it matter what time of the day i inject on those days? Ive seen some say mon morn then thurs nite but does it really matter what time of the day i inject?

    Whats ur opinions on my on days and injecting. say mon and thur are my normal training days, does it matter or make a difference if i inject after or before my workout? I know this is a long acting ester and probably wont matter and would probably be better after i workout in case i get pain from the inject then have to workout with that pain but just wanted ur guy's opinion. Sorry for all the questions, just want to do everything right the first time and get the most out of my cycle and money. I know it comes down to diet above all else but this is a lot newer to me then diet since ive been watching and counting my diet for sometime and this is my first time doing a cycle. I really appreciate everyone's help and any input they can give me!

    Injections have to be done every 3-4 days, I understand you probably can't do it exactly every 3.5 days. Keep at least the same days, ie mon and thu.
    Morning just off to bed and evening after WO should be fine.

    Thank you CL, youve been a huge help. Just one more question, if i start bloating a lot while on (tons of water retention) whats the best way to fight this? I know some bloating is good because it helps keep ur joints lubed and plenty of water retention will help lift those big weights without much stress on the joints but im just saying if it gets out of hand. Should i run a serm like nolva say at 10 mg eod til end of cycle or an ai like letro at .5 mg eod til end of cycle? I know i need estrogen while on cycle to grow and all but im just saying in case water retention gets real bad for me what can i do to combat this without sacrificing too much of my gains? Thank you again!

    Ive read threads were people say letro while on dosed low eod is a must for dryer gains while on a test cycle and others say screw it and just soak up the water retention until pct. I just dont want to look like the michilin man while on cycle, haha. I know a lot of this will come down to diet but no matter the diet it wont change the water retention.

You could draw the cc with a 20G needle and then change it with a 23G to inject it in the muscle It makes more sense to me to change needle first then push out for air bubbles so that way if some oil comes out, it will lube the syrange thats going into me. Exactly, you HAVE to do this EVERYTIME before inject It also says if i pull back on the syrange and some air bubbles come out then inject away and im good. I thought i just swab and apply a minute massage firstthe spot, poke, pull back first!!! inject, withdraw, swab spot again, apply slight pressure while massaging if necessary to spot with cotton ball.
