thanks for replying. I'm new to proper dieting intake, and I'm new to what vitamins are important; and I'm just going on what I read and what I'm told. I was just looking for a straight answer. Stones are what scare me the most. Which is why I was reluctant to take that much of it. I was also told calcium is great for muscle repair.

The best way to get calcium in diet is to eat sardines. No side effects, just positive benefits. They are soft boned so all is eaten. Tons of calcium, protein, vit d, and EFA's, best canned in extra virgin olive oil

Kidney stones from calcium are more likely to form if u have very large amounts of vitD in ur blood. If u want to take calcium as a supplement keep it to 1000mg and u will be fine
