this would be news to me. you cant break someone's neck when adjusting them. what you see in movies and tv when people twist someones neck and break it is near impossible to do. the ammt of force put into a neck adjustment is minimal. there is not much rotation put into it. it is more of a lateral movement. now if someone had sclerotic vertebral arteries and they got adjusted, they could have a stroke. the chance and percentage of this is so minimal you have a better chance of a jet landing your living room. there are simple ortho tests that can be done to see if you are in this category. this would most likely be seen in the geriatric community and not young people.
