Yep! If u cut with a high protein low carb diet then u should gain a few pounds in muscle and lose fat. If u want to gain 15 lbs of muscle and lose over 10 pounds of fat from a cycle then id say good luck cus thats kinda outa the picture. Just up the protein to 2 grams/pound of body weight and cycle ur carbs. Train with high intensity. If u keep all the muscle u have (even if u just gained a few pounds in muscle) and lost say 15 pounds of fat, you will look so much better and bigger from the cuts. I think too many people judge themselves with the stupid scale, i judge myself by the honest mirror. i could care less what the scale says as long as the total picture is there ya know?
i can still bulk and lean out jus by cutting carbs? how will the proteins reach my muscles?!
