Thanks bro. That was actually done without cardio because I was still recovering from a torn ACL. I am now implementing cardio 4-5 days a week for 30mins on an empty stomache and rounding out my 2nd cycle...Tren/Winny/Test Prop/Clen
I don't have any "before" pictures, but the first picture is about 3-4 weeks in and the second picture is just recently. I took it after cardio so sorry bout the sweaty look!
