Why T4 with HGH?

why before bed? I thought it was best to take T4 first thing in the morning?? Just started on HGH this week and have always taken T4 in themorninig

to be honest, i don't use either t3 or t4 with my hgh...i have tried it in the past and really saw/felt no difference so discontinued in an effort to cut back on meds

but let me see if i can dig up AR's article on the benefits of taking it at night before bed
