im about to do my first cycle just turned 21 years old 96kg (212lbs), 6"1'. 14%bf
im going to do a 10 week course of test e with nolvadex as a pct.
wk 1 im fronloading 1000mg, 500mg on monday (AM) and 500mg thursday(PM)
wk 2-10 250 mg on monday, 250mg on thursday
Wk 11-14 Nolva 20mg
