right now not much, i'm going to regionals in tennis wedsnesday and my partner and i are ranked 2nd in texas right now so i haven't been able to lift for a while as my shoulder and scapula are messed up
before tennis started i was lifting mostly for size and not strength and bench has always been my weak point by far, i think my best max was close to 350 or so, i don't max out much
well thanks alot for everyones help and atleast u no where im comeing from but im gonan give it a go and start it up and try to stick with working out for a while thanks alot good luck with ur tourty
