Ok here it is in full....

    Technically there are 46 states.
Virginia, Kentucky Pennsylvania and Massachusetts are all officially Commonwealths.
This grants them no special constitutional powers. They simply choos this word to describe them selfs at the end of the War of Independance. It made clear they were no longer 'royal colonies' answering to the King, but states governed by the 'common consent of the people'.

Virginia (named after the 'Virgin' Queen Elizibeth I), as DSM has pointed out, one of the original 13 States or Colonies (hence the thirteen red stripes on American Flag) and was the first state to declare its self a colonie in 1776.
Pennsylvania and Massachusetts followed suit shortly afterwards, and Kentucky, which was originally a county of Virginia, became a Commonwealth in 1792.
    Eagle Talon History :

Between what years were the second generation Eagle Talon produced ?
What two manufacturers came together to produce this car ?
Which US state was the production facility ?
What major defect did these cars produce which deemed the car totalled but never recognized by either manufacture as a defect thus costing endless customers thousands of dollars ?

46 is incorrect the us consists of 50 states and 1 district. The continental us consists of 48 states and Washington dc. Plus there is Alaska and Hawaii.

    - Drove, Had a job related to, and was a huge enthusiast of DSM cars
    - Did steroids

If you used to live in Barrington, IL; I definitely know you, and that would make it awfully weird that you offered to help me with my boner problem in my other thread, LOL.
