    make sure to eat a ton on pct, lots of protein, be careful of fats since you wont be burning fat as quickly as you did on cycle.

    1 they dont do pct/do a bad one
    2 they dont have a solid diet
    3 they run a cycle of heavy aromatizing steroids and lose mostly all their gains in water weight

    I'd add...
    • Start PCT early, many begin too late.
    • Don't overdo it with too many PCT drugs, and choose complimentary products to reduce redundancy.
    • Increase rest and recovery time.

    For example DBOL, I've known guys that take too high of a dose and run it for too long.

    lots of noobs run them alone and gain nothing but water weight. test must be included in the cycles. i wouldnt ever advocate a dbol or anadrol only cycle.
