    thanks guys for all the advice i read a bunch in the diet forums and going to try to start eating alot more....def not going to be able to follow there diets to the key some call for like 8 egg whites and i a gett full on like three lol...but yea so not going to take the gear just yet going to try to get up to 135 first which would be the most i have ever wieghed in my life which was 125...but on a real note how much weight u think i could gain natty in a months time?

    years. it takes years man, dont look for a quick fix. just start eating for mass now and never stop. and dont f**k with your hormones until your good and ready for it.

    Just so you know, an appetite isn't necessary to eat.

    Get used to eating when you're not hungry, letting the clock tell you when your next meal is rather than your stomach.

    I was in the same boat as you bro when I got out of high school. I weighed about 130 pounds at 5' 9". I know how unconfident it feels to be the skinny guy people tease. I lifted naturally for around 2 years and kept my calorie intake over 3500-4000 per day and with some good low rep basic lifting and a training partner there to motivate me most of the time, I ended up being 35 lbs heavier when all was said and done. If I could do it, so could you.

    Same here... 140lbs at 5'10, got up to 185 within a year and a half natural eating tons of clean foods in a proper diet. Small gain in bodyfat.
