i've added more carbs which helped some. I still eat clean but maybe not enough but I eat a lot. I average around 3000 cal a day. the pumps just arent like they were .The first 3-4 weeks i always felt like my skin was gonna tear half way into a work out i was so pumped, now the pump is more like a natural one not bad not what we expect from gear. Maybe i just got spoiled and now being a little impatient . thanx for the input I'm always looking for others advice.
