I don't use AI's. I use dhts to control estrogen. And for the people doubt DHT's abilities to do so, consider the fact that I was starting to get gyno from test tren and deca, and the 2nd day of injecting only 25 mg of winny, It was no longer sore, and it shrunk back down.

very informative info! I dont think alot of people realize that the very same thing (estrogen) that can hurt you also helps you! You need estrogen to build muscle plain and simple...

yea, i agree, merc did put it all in his first thread. I guess then the whole thing is to watch out your dosage as careful as u can....don't exceed and don't go under the recommended dose during the cycle.

Estrogen is not important but CRUCIAL for many more things than muscle mass and strength, however those catch my attention much more. Look at things like neurotransmitter production (estrogen amplifies them) Bone density, Immune system, depression and other brain disorders. The list goes on and on, And from what I've seen, people are way better off having their E2 levels higher compared to low.

another great post merc. i have never used an AI or serm during my cycles so i cant compare but during my last test tren cycle i did develope gyno. i had absolutely no signs so was very surprised when i noticed it. my question is if i dont use an AI will it definitely get worse? probably or just maybe? thanx

p.s. ima try c-bino letro protocol before i start my next cycle to see if that will get rid of it .

IMO it is best to try and treat the gyno before you do another cycle .. If you do a cycle .. YES ... your gyno can get worse ....

As I stated before, yes it is nice not having to rely on an AI...but I seem very sensitive to gyno.

I woulda liked to use DHTs as well to help control estrogen, but im very prone to hairloss also.

So looks like there is nothin I can do besides using large amounts of letro or getting the whole gland removed

I was using 2.5mg / day of Letro and it destroyed my cycle..Totally wiped out sex drive , strength and Gains..
