    A sus & deca cycle is fine.. i added dbol to kick start my cycle untill the sustanon and deca kicked in.

    However in your case i think you should focus more on your diet and training than the actual compounds you choose. You still havent posted up your diet yet. You should be eating a lot of calories to put on mass . i personally choose my bodyweight in lbs x 18-21 for daily calories for bulking up

    You also mentioned you would like to put on mass .. but you also wrote you train 70% lower body. You're going to have to train upper body a lot more too if you want mass. You wrote you think you hit your plauteau with your body, but i think you can still grow since you are only training 30% upper body , and also only weighing 73kg

    I think my diet is fine as I am eating a lot of foods that are high in protein and carbohydrates. I am not putting any crap like KFC into my body. I am taking a lot of supplements like creatine, carbohydrate and protein powders....by the truck load, actually....

    Regarding my training, I know that I have not reached my true capacity for upper body. This is due in part to my fixation with my lower body. Being Asian and having a fast metabolism, I was not blessed with a solid lower body before I worked out. Because I have spent about 4 years training my thighs to to get them to the size now of 23 inches, I somewhat resisted training my upper body more than 30% because I wanted to look proportionate over all. A lot of guys tend to focus too much on their upper body at the expense of their lower body...hence the "chicken legs" effect...which looks crap, I think.

    However, now that I am on the juice, I want both my lower and upper body to grow together....hence I will be pouring a lot more effort into upper body training from now on.
