i'm not the expert in diet here but i do see a couple problems, the first and foremost being that you eat processed carbs at night, the bulk of your carbs should be in your first meal (maybe second), and post workout meal, other than that your last three meals shoudn't have any sugary or processed carbs
here's a good thread on lean dieting, read it and create a sample diet in the diet forum to get critiqued cause i promise given a few tweaks you'll be burning fat in no time
btw, ECA stands for Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin, is a weight-loss stack that works by stimulating your beta receptors the same as clen would
