I have found it makes my dandruff problem ALOT worse when I take it. Possibly because of the reduced sebum secretion due to the DHT-blocking effects of the Nizoral. It may make your skin dryer than usual. Keep in mind Nizoral is mainly made for use on the scalp, though it does work elsewhere.

I like to keep it in my hair for about 2 or 3 minutes in the shower before I wash it out.

You have to let it stay on the skin for a few mins (they say about 3-4, but IMO 2 minutes is enough) before washing it , as is written in the directions for use of the product.

You've probably read my log lower in this area but I found that if you are patient and persistant with it that you will get results by simply using your hands and scrubbing lightly for about 20 seconds and then rinsing. Use it everyday as long as your skin doesn't get too dry and wash lightly. None of this scrudding with wash clothes crap. It's not a soap (well, I guess it is) it is a medication. Don't need to dig it in there. Patients is key though. You will not see immediate results.

Yup, it's OTC over here. Easy to get. Go to shoppers drug mart or walmart.

If you're in the states, just order it from a Canadian online store or something.
