When I use to do my prohormone cycles I would do a training split of
Day1: Chest/Back
Day2: Legs
Days3:Shoulders/Arms....
Day4: off, then repeat
boy I'll tell you I got strong quick by following this routine. Got it from a guy named Arnold, you might have heard of him
But has current I follow
Day1 Back/Bi/Calves
Day2: Chest/Tri/Abs
Day3:Quads/Calves
Day4: off
Day5:Shoulders/forearms/abs
Day6:Hamstrings/calves (only do 2 exercises and 4 sets when doing calves, thats the only way I have been able to get them to grow
Day7: off
