Serious, guaranteed in 2 weeks time you'll be pulling LOADS of different poses in front of a mirror for at least 15min checkin ya self out and the muscle growth lol

Then after 4 week you won't be able to pass a mirror without pulling a pose!

By 6 weeks, if you walk past a mirror you will be stuck there for most of the day just lookin at muscle's you never knew you had! (or never really looked as impressive b4 anyway)

why woud u want a short ester of deca

out of the system a lot quicker so easier to recover during PCT.

like in anthony roberts article about esters and how long estered test can cause more water, so can the long ester deca.
