yea you can inject im or sub q. i perfer sub-q injections in my stomach though. as for not eating for an hour before or after i dont oblige by that. i know why your not supposed to eat carbs right after injections but you can definatly have a few in your body and as much protein as you want. i personally always eat right after injection and i always have good results.

figure I would bump this. so im can be biceps or triceps do you still need to pull any skin back shooting im or just like you would do regular aas. will it make a difference not injecting into the stomach? I am trying to get these red welts to calm down, they are getting better but I would like to give my stomach a break...

Interesting on this one, i have always shot on empty stomach and not even for an hour afterwards. Will give this a try and see if theres any difference.
