i am only goin to do 1ml every week. the bottle will last me ten weeks. Being that, do you guys think i should split that one mil throughout the week or take it all on sunday and then wait until next sunday and do another. I have never dosed before and have been working out for only a month. I just figured that if i divided the 1ml into three parts and did it every other day then their would always be fresh juice for the body. what to do?
