i just found this... it seems that its from the extra test in ur sytem, and since ur takin nolva and letro, you are blocking most if not all estrogen production/conversion/adheasion.....

That is good info but now what? I was taking both because in C-Bino's gyno thread it states that if you are already taking an AI then continue to do so, just a little difference on the dosage of letro.

The lump behind my nipple is still there, it has just gone down to where you can not see it, I can just feel it. I wasn't taking anything when I started my cycle as far as an anti-estrogen goes. Once I felt the lump I started taking nolva (about my eigth week) then about a week or so after that I started taking the letro.

Should I stop the nolva now? Do I have to taper off of either one of these? It sounds like lowering my dosage of test e to 250/mg ew was probably the right thing to do, agree?
