    I would have to agree with either getting second opinion, or at least further tests from this doc. IMO its most likely something to do with kidney/bladder such as UTI, and hopefully not an STD. I think you'd have additional symptoms if STD like a little drippage, some sores on the little guy , etc... Besides, your wife would be showing signs as well. At any rate, I dont think its gear related either. Let us know what happens, as I'm sure we are all on the edge of our seats worried about our own junk as well!! Good luck!
