How's your actual diet? are you eating enough?

You don't have to switch to eod injection if you find them easy to do.
YOU HAVE to do them every other day, because Sust contains some short esters within.
Injecting it twice per week will probably cause some undesired sides due to the unstable levels injected.

Sus used any time should be injected EOD due to it containing prop estered test.

The less fluctuations the less sides.

Some guys do get away with just twice a week with no issues,
But then others take the risk and they end up covered in chronic acne.

Ah ok. I guess it was a great idea joining this forum,learning loads of things.

What i know is that Sust came up with 250mg vial. well you use 125mg from it. And what about the remaining 125mg? put it into the refrigerator?

hey guys i will need your help once again. Since sust is very cheap here,what about taking 750mg/week for a first cycle. that is taking 250mg on monday,wednesday and saturday? Or should i stick with 500mg?

In fact we get the pakistan sust here and a friend told me that the quality is not as good as others so 750mg would be better.

Any recomendation thx
