Noob to winny need advice

yes I did look it up but I just wanted to see what people were going to say, I saw some co worker of mine shoot of str8 up winny and lose a couple of pounds and got more defind but maybe he was taking something else, I just wanna make sure and get bad mouth by you guys before i made a mistake.

you dont NEED test when running winny. i usually advise it but i know alot of people that run winny by itself

While I admit it wasn't the smartest or best cycle, I have run a winny only cycle.... I was at a desirable weight and bf%, fairly defined, and just needed to harden up, I didn't need Test.
