    well since it's test 250 you have to figure out the ml's to get to 600.... 1 ml = 250 mgs.... so if you do 1 ml twice a week that would put you at 500mgs for the week. Can you do the math from there?

    Carry the 1, divid it by 12 and then times it by Pie R squared...Got it!
