Cause last time i checked, a keto diets purpose is to eliminate as much carbs as possible to pull your body into a keto state. Thus meaning dumping cals into either protien or fat. Your body can only absorb around 30g per meal of protien. so the rest is shoved off into fat cals. So please shed some light to what you consider a good ratio....?
