your not eating or working out right if your strength hasnt increased. You should be getting stronger every week, specially after week 4.
Nope, strength is same shit. I am getting really pissed off, as if I want to beat up someone in the gym. My natural strength is really good.
bench 315 x 4
squat 315 x 5
deadlift 405 x 4
shoulder press 225 x 4
curl 65's x 4
etc...
I eat a shitload and I am taking the dbol @ 30mg a day for 3 weeks so I can get some strength. That shit doesn't even work. Test Cyp/Enan all it did was make me more lean, more veins, very aggressive attitude, recover a lot faster. My friend is doing the same thing but at 600mg per week and he not feeling a thing either. He's done a test prop cycle and he gained a lot. He kickstarted it with m1t too and he got a lot stronger. He's going to stop his current cycle and do PCT. As a first cycle, this is weak. This is for the weak beginners in my opinion. I have been working out for years. I need tren or anadrol so I can actually feel anything. I hope winny works good on my last 4 weeks. I didn't even gain much yet so I am not going to PCT heavy, just Nolva. I am almost 99% sure I'd be wasting clomid or hcg for this cycle, I will save those for my next. I am just typing a lot cause I am very ticked off. Even more pissed from all the dedication I put into the gym and my diet. Hell .. m1t gave me around 16 lbs gain in 2 damn weeks and I kept them till I cut down to 200, no strength loss.
