well cuz i used it the whole cycle i was just doing .25 mg twice a week.
once on Monday and again on Thursday. For a total of .50mg a week. But since your already experiencing problems, go for .5 mg twice a week for a total of 1 mg a week. And i just take it in the morning with my vitamins and AI. Go with that dosage till your schlong works fine for a few weeks then lower it to my dosage.
