    With injectable D-bol, with athletes in great shape, 30 - 40mg/day. Newbies should be 25mg/day. But I have never used injectable personally.

    ^^^ Thats sounds pretty spot on from what i've read, never used it personally either.

    Apparently no advantage to using the injectable over oral at is still just as liver toxic.

    Sounds like alot. I know its recommended to take 2 shots a day. Maybe 2 shots of a half a ML a day sounds ok. Then again I've never taken this before. For info I'm a novice. I did one cycle 3 years ago so if anyone has experimented with Dbol and can recommend a good dosage let me know.

    p.s- The injectable version that is...

    Yeah, twice a day with meals. It only has a half life of 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, so meals falling in that area pre workout and post workout would be good

    I read half life of 16 hours, hence every 12 hour jabs... but this might be totally wrong.
    Ganna look into it more.

    Hmm, I didn't think it was that long. If you find out it is, definitely let me know, so I can stop telling people the wrong thing!

    Well thats why i said i might be wrong, as the thread i read it from is the same as this one.. where people are suggesting different things. lol

    Ok so I inject. Eat a good meal. Let the meal work down a bit and go hit the gym? about 6 hours later inject again and crash out? I hit the gym around 5:30pm.

    So far yeah, wait until Shifty gets back with us about the half life. I am pretty sure it is only the 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, but lets wait and confirm with him before you start.

    Ok bro, do it like I said, twice a day, and like you were saying, pre workout meal, and then post then crash.
